Physiotherapist
Christian completed his Master of Science degree in Physiotherapy at McMaster University, and previously obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (Honours) in Kinesiology and a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion at Guelph-Humber University. As a former baseball player, he understands the value of appropriate and individualized treatment and rehabilitation, and the importance of injury prevention from both a personal and clinical perspective.
Christian believes that every treatment plan should be personalized and unique to your specific needs and goals. Using his experience as a high-level athlete, along with his passion for sports and fitness, Christian creates treatment plans that incorporate a combination of hands-on manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription, and education to reduce pain, improve function, and help you return to activity. He offers additional skills and knowledge in manual therapy and is interested in acquiring further training in acupuncture and vestibular rehabilitation.
Christian will work with you to create a treatment plan that is customized to your goals and tailored to your lifestyle. His goal is to enhance your recovery to help you return to sports,
hobbies, or work, as well as teach you self-management techniques and prevent the recurrence of injury.
Outside of the clinic, Christian enjoys playing hockey and softball, working out at the gym, and spending time with friends and family.
